When you use Kratt or log in to the Dashboard via Discord, we may store the following information to provide core functionality:

• Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar hash (solely for display on the dashboard).
• Discord Server (Guild) IDs where the bot is installed.
• Server configurations and module settings saved via the Web Dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our bot services.
• Identify and authenticate you on the Web Dashboard.
• Save and apply your specific module preferences to your communities.

3. Data Retention and Security

We do not sell your personal data. Data is retained only as long as you use the bot. If Kratt is kicked from a server, associated configuration records are generally scrubbed or rendered inactive. We employ reasonable security measures to protect your configuration data stored within our database.

4. Message Content

Kratt does not permanently log or store the contents of user messages across channels, unless specifically interacting with the advanced AI module which may temporarily store short-term contextual memory to facilitate conversation. Such memory is regularly cleared.
