1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting Kratt to your Discord server or utilizing the Web Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Service Usage

Kratt is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You agree not to abuse the bot's features, intentionally bypass rate limits, or use the bot to distribute malicious content, spam, or violate Discord's own Terms of Service.

3. User Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. All handling of user and server data is dictated by our Privacy Policy. We only store information necessary for the functioning of specific modules (e.g., dashboard preferences, custom configurations).

4. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the bot, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the bot is unavailable at any time or for any period.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the bot or dashboard immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
